The service
o7clips watches the Twitch channels you add, identifies moments, creates captioned vertical clips and helps you post them to connected social accounts. Clips are processed shortly after each stream ends. These terms apply when you use the service.
Your account
Keep your account details accurate and your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the social accounts you choose to connect. Disconnecting a social account stops posting to it.
Content and rights
You are responsible for having the right to clip and post the streams you add, and for following each platform's rules. Using o7clips does not give you ownership of someone else's stream, music or other content. You allow us to process and post content as needed to provide the service at your direction. Streamers can contact hello@o7clips.com to ask us to stop clipping their channel.
Acceptable use
Do not use o7clips for unlawful content, harassment, spam or infringement. Do not try to bypass service limits, interfere with other users or compromise the service. We may suspend access for misuse.
Plans and billing
Plans are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals, and your paid access continues through the current billing period. A 7-day free trial will be available when early access opens. Trial and billing details will be shown before you subscribe. Optional stream-hour top-ups are available separately.
Availability
The service is provided as is and as available. We work to keep it reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, a particular number of views or that third-party platforms will always accept or publish a clip.
Liability limits
To the extent permitted by law, o7clips is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits or interruptions caused by third-party services. Our total liability for a claim is limited to what you paid for the service in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the date on this page and notify you of material changes. If you do not agree with updated terms, you can stop using the service and cancel your plan.
